1 x Speedfit Curved Treadmill. A curved treadmill is a new type of running machine that has no motor. The self-powered curved treadmill allows you to run with a natural style on the balls of your feet.This style of running uses more muscle groups in the body at the same time when compared to the traditional heel strike used by many runners on normal treadmills – meaning it is more effective at burning calories. The user is in complete control and can accelerate and decelerate instantly meaning the curved treadmill is just as useful for HIIT as it is for a gentle jog.

2 x Motorised Treadmills. Top of the range commercial traditional treadmills with incline functions.

1 x Stairmaster. A very popular cardio machine which will help build fitness whilst sculpting legs and bum!

3 x Latest Concept 2 Rowing Machines. Rowing burns lots of calories because it requires you to use both your arms and your legs. It is also great for strengthening your back muscles.

2 x Commercial Spin Bikes. Using the Spin Bike promotes fat burning and is fantastic for working your legs.

2 x Latest Ski Ergs. The Ski Erg builds strength and endurance by working the entire body in an efficient, rhythmic motion. This is a low impact, high calorie burning exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. It is ideal for working your arms and strengthening your core.

2 x Cybex Sparc Trainers. The Arc Trainer is more effective than a traditional cross trainer/elliptical. It helps to produce a more natural, biomechanically correct sprinting motion as opposed to a cylindrical motion that you would have on a traditional cross trainer. Just like a cross trainer, the Arc Trainer is great to use for longer periods at a comfortable pace; however, where it really comes into its own is for more high intensity work such as sprint intervals. All in all, a great machine for aerobic and anaerobic fitness, as well as working on glutes (bum) and leg muscles.

2 x Heavy Duty Freestanding Boxing Bags. Boxing is a fantastic all over-body workout. Most importantly, it will make you physically stronger as well as aerobically and anaerobically fitter. Boxing is a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems as well as training upper body, lower body and core strength.
